We always aim to get your games to you as quickly as possible!
For our games, puzzle books, and jigsaw puzzles, we offer three shipping speeds: Standard, Expedited, and Priority. The delivery times in the table below are calculated as the time from when an order is placed to when it is delivered to your door. Expedited and Priority orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. PST for same day processing. Tracking information is available as soon as an order is shipped and will be sent to you via a shipment confirmation email.

* These shipping times and rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. Delivery times may be longer and shipping rates will be greater for orders shipped to the non-contiguous US states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
All orders of our AI children's books are print-on-demand, so they take a little longer to print and ship than our other products. These items arrive according to the following timelines, within the contiguous United States.

Our products are available on Amazon in many countries including Canada, the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Poland. For delivery to other countries, please contact us.
During certain times of the year, our fulfillment centers may experience slight delays due to spikes in shipping volume or holiday closures. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please contact us to initiate a return. We accept returns on new and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send an email with a photo of the product to support@byevermade.com. We will gladly send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
