When we last left our hero (that’d be me), I’d just led you down the winding and mysterious path that was your own mind, unlocking secret potential you scarcely knew existed.

But what if I told you there was more? That you could go higher, further, faster?

I’m M, or at least that’s how you know me, and I’ll be your guide.

I founded The Master Theorem long ago, as a secret society at my beloved alma mater. We’ve branched out since those early days of hushed meetings in dank Hogwarts-like rooms. But the aim remains the same—assemble a group of the world’s best problem solvers, those out-of-the-box thinkers we so desperately need to steer the course of human civilization. I partly achieved that goal when I found you. You proved your mettle by completing my first puzzling publication and earned yourself membership into our ranks. Bravo.

But a lot has happened since we last spoke: Wildfires. A global pandemic. Harry and Meghan stepping away from the royal family.

So now, it’s time to level up. As the world grows more complicated, so does my search for the elite of the elite. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: find the word or phrase solution to each one of my puzzles, called Theorems. Doing so will be your ticket into the upper echelons of The Master Theorem. It’s not going to be easy, nor should it be. But to quote one of the greatest sports movies of all time, the hard is what makes it great.
